RWM 2024 was possibly the most successful show we’ve ever exhibited at. It was also the perfect backdrop for the launch of BinStop; our innovative new product that will help prevent bin lifter accidents. It is estimated that around 180 people a year are injured by waste collections vehicle's bin lifting equipment. The vast majority have a lucky escape but, of those, three will lose their lives each year. BinStop is an additional level of assistance to waste vehicles to prevent this from happening.
Like most exhibitors, we measure show success by the number of visitors to the stand, coupled with genuine interest in our products, as well as overall attendance. I’m pleased to report that we were delighted with all three, with the result that we have many more solid leads to follow up with post-event.
